We offer a Money Back Return Policy within 14 days on products that have Not been used. On our Reconditioned or Used Products we do not offer a return for any reason.
Ordering Online? At Baytec, we strive to give you the lowest shipping price by packing as many items as possible in each box, in addition some items such as 55 gal drums are not packaged in a box to save you money, therefore the shipping cart total DOES NOT include freight charges. We get estimates from all Major shippers to get you the best cost. Most Large orders (4+ Drums) Will be shipped by truck Freight which offers a substantially lower shipping cost then the single drum rate.
Shipping Charges will be added to your bill and emailed to you for your approval before shipment. If you do not cancel the order the items will be Shipped in 2-3 days after your order has been processed. Please call are email to either have your order shipped sooner or to cancel.
NOTICE: Tracking Numbers Can only be emailed, Please do not call for a tracking Number. If you did not receive your tracking Number, email us and we will email it back to you. Thank You
